| 4 | strawberries | |
| 4 | basil leaves, torn in half | |
| cracked pepper | ||
| 1⁄4 | oz | simple syrup |
| 1 | oz | cachaca |
| 1⁄2 | oz | peach liqueur |
| 3 | oz | pineapple juice |
| 1⁄4 | oz | lemon juice |
Instructions
Muddle strawberries, basil, pepper and sugar syrup. Add remaining ingredients and shake. Strain over ice into a highball glass. Garnish with half a strawberry and a basil leaf. Grind some black pepper over the drink.
