| 1 | T | lavender simple syrup* |
| 2 | oz | vodka |
| 7 | oz | tonic water |
Instructions
Combine the lavender syrup and the vodka in a cocktail shaker and shake with plenty of ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top off with tonic water and stir before drinking.
Notes
1 tablespoon dried lavender blossoms
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
*Bring the lavender, sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan, until sugar dissolves. Simmer a few minutes and let cool before straining and storing in a glass or ceramic container.
