Ingredients
| 1 | small knob of ginger | |
| 6 | coriander leaves and stalks | |
| 1⁄2 | oz | lemongrass syrup* |
| 1 | oz | absolut citron |
| 1 | oz | sake |
| 1⁄3 | oz | lime juice |
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the ginger, coriander and lemongrass syrup. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Double strain over ice into a highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lemongrass stalk.
* Boil chopped lemongrass and sugar in water. Leave to cool and strain
